well, quite frankly, that depends on exactly what happened, the girls maturity, the girls sexual history, who was the pursuer, etc. Is he a scumbag sex criminal, or just guilty of bad judgement in giving into extreme temptation? Either way, he did wrong, but how wrong remains to be seen, unless of course he is innocent of doing anything, which also remains to be seen.
If he's innocent of doing anything, I will be sorry for Tom. At this point, I can't say I'm "sad to hear about Tom Troubles".
Regardless of the girls sexual history, who was the pursuer or her maturity..it doesn't matter. A person in a position of authority with a minor NEEDS to resist temptation no matter any of those things(if anything actually happened)

That’s not true. I saw the 1986 Grey Cup - probably still have it on video, though I think it’s Beta - and it was definitely the defence that won that game for us. Not the holder.
Porras's case has been dismissed without prejudice, meaning that the state prosecution can re-file the charges after a decision by the State Court of Appeals that found Porras's two apparent confessions unconstitutional re the method they were obtained has been processed.
An appeal is likely to be filed by the state on the heels of that decision.
A spokesman for the Attorney General's office in Arizona indicated that the sexual abuse charges will be refiled regardless of the outcome of the appeal.
