Veteran all-star lineman chooses to continue his career in Montreal

The East Division's 2005 Most Outstanding Lineman, Scott Flory, has decided to remain an Alouette. Vice President and General Manager Jim Popp announced today the signing of Flory for one year plus an option, keeping the All-Star in Montreal through 2007.

Flory has been with the Alouettes since his 1999 rookie campaign. The University of Saskatchewan product was grabbed by the Alouettes in the second round (15th overall) of the 1998 Canadian draft.

Flory is a four-time East Division All-Star and a three-time CFL All-Star. He was named the 2003 and 2005 East Division Most Outstanding Lineman.

He's a solid, consistent player - this is good for Montreal.....even better for the Riders that he didn't decide to sign with a Western rival.....
