:rockin: :cowboy:

Congratulations to the Hamilton Steelers on winning the World Flag Football Championship in New Orleans this week. Someone told me that the trophy was presented to the team during half-time at the Bills vs. Saints pre-season game last night. It would be a nice touch for the Ticat organization to make a presentation to the team prior to the start of the Labour Day Classic against the Argos.

Wow! I didn't even know there were world championships in flag football. Way to go Hamilton!

There is a flag football league here in Vancouver I have been thinking of joining.

The team was comprised of young teens. Here is the story in today’s edition of The Hamilton Spectator:

They showed the team practicing on CH news last week and getting a little help from none other than Jessie Lumsden.
Way to go kids....well done !!!
One of the girls actually won the MVP award for the best female player of the tournament.

Congratulations!

Unbelievable that you could come up big and win the whole thing!!!

Great Heart!

I'm totally impressed with you !

Loved playing flag football in my teens.....

Guess What
Hamilton Steelers (2007 World Flag Football Champions) are going to be honoured by the Buffalo Bills at their home game November 4 against Cinncinatti Bengals. Bills have invited the teams families free of charge. That gameday is dedicated to Canada. Way to go Bills.
