I would like to see her become head of Soccer Canada
You hit the nail on the head. Key here is a lack of funding in sports in general.
They are still powering through considering there’s no domestic league for women.
It’s no different for the Summer Olympics for Canada as well.
I think Sinclair will stick around until the Olympics and then call it a career.
If she steps aside now that will be okay as well as she’s done so much to promote the game in Canada.

I agree that increased funding for women’s sports especially is in need, more equity. That being said, there are more pressing issues than sports with respect to what Canada should be spending on ie:

Eureka. Sweden wins in sudden death shootout.
Fitting only for this one game that I had some music on during the shootout. The song playing as Sweden were winning was We are the Champions.
May as well have played “Life is a Carnival”.
I didn’t see the game and don’t have a horse in the race, but still don’t see how such an important game can be decided by a skills contest. We still don’t know who the better team was.
