The gongs keep on ringing in Northern Alberta.

I don’t think his salary counts against the ops cap so my guess the board and him negotiated to part ways.

Unless Cui wanted out, I see it as another knee jerk reaction to show they’re doing ‘something’

It’s too bad, he never stood a chance with that structure

Catastrophic. We are so monumentally screwed, even more than we already were.

I sure as hell would want out. He hung in a lot longer than I would have.

heh. how not surprising.

i wonder if Doman has any family connections in Edmonton? although i think he’s a smarter business man than to get involved in that mess…

To buy the team lol? But seriously I think it’s the only way to fix this organization long term.

This is what happens when they hire the GM/coach before the president. That’s not how to build or rebuild an organization and it shows

so i guess Cui never got that elusive win he guaranteed?

He’s far from the first who is going to leave.

Nobody slam that barn door shut or stop any stampede out of there during this storm.

Change everything but the stadium and the field.

We can keep the name if we keep that logo and make it the new one.

Team President, no.
President of football ops, yes.
