Be smart, a la Corey Mace. Don’t risk lengthening this hamstring injury.

Defending Grey Cup Championship Head Coach Jason Maas and his staff very astute to rest Cody Fajardo’s injury. It will pay off at the end of the 2024 CFL season when the Alouettes win the coveted Grey Cup once again.

GO RIDERS!!

Bad luck for the Als. How many dribble kicks to move the sticks on downs will we see with Evans? :grinning:

With Fajardo on the 6 game I can think of one very brash Als fan who won’t have anything to be brash about for a while. Caleb Evans isn’t going to take them anywhere but down.

Can you come a little closer and whisper who it is it in my ear ?

When you’re 5-1 & the reigning GC champion for all of this season, you can be brash. The team is about more than Caleb Evans.

Look at the stats. One of the Als or Riders are atop most of the defensive categories this year. They have scored/allowed an almost identical # of points. You can argue that the D on both clubs is probably the top reason for their success so far.

Should be a good game 2 top defenses in the league with backup QB’s

Or don’t be stupid, a la Craig Dickenson. Dumbass rode Cody into the ground in ’22.

Evans is not a bad second stringer. He has now got another half game under his belt but most importantly he has taken the starter reps for the past week. With Mass and Calvillo I expect to see an offensive plan to suit Evans’s skill set.
