Esks ink Edmonton Wildcat O-Lineman

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimos announced today they have signed Edmonton Wildcat Offensive Lineman Terris Paliwoda. Eskimo Offensive Line Coach Carl Brennan says, “Terris is athletic, he’s got a terrific work ethic and I think he’s got the tools to develop into a very good offensive lineman at the pro level.? The 6’4, 295 lb lineman played five years for the Wildcats where he was co-captain the past two seasons. In 2005 he was a PFC All-Star and in 2006 he was named PFC Lineman of the Year, a PFC All-Star and a CJFL All-Star. Paliwoda attended Austin O’Brien High School in Edmonton.

Good signing the Wildcats have had some great players through that organization. Hope the kid makes it.

I have a feeling that they'll at least keep him on the development roster.

Well the cost to keep him would not be high thats for sure.

I used to love going to Wildcat games when I was kid. If lived there I probably still would.

I wish him luck! He certainly has the size!
