Since I can’t find it anywhere regarding the game day roster rules, an interesting scenario occurred before last night’s game. A team must set it’s 46 player game day roster 24 hours before the game and then 1 hour before the game it must select it’s 44 player game time roster. Emanuel Davis was scratched from the set roster with food poisoning (sigh :o) on game day. Defensive back Cariel Brooks was added to the roster to take his place. In the past, I know that the Ticats would have had to get the opposing team’s permission to make such a late roster change (which could have been refused). Just wondering if this is still the rule?
P.S.: This kind of stuff takes my mind off the fact that I’m actually watching a horrendous Ticat team this year. :’(
