This is a head-scratcher. Why would the Cats bother to bring in the quarterback Mitchel and then deprive him of a touchdown-maker like Steven Dunbar? I would have preferred that the Cats would have stuck with Evans and kept the talented receiver. This really gives me Cat-scratch fever.

The Cats didn't plan for what paying a guy like BLM would do to their cap?

Elks are paying significantly less for a QB which leaves room for several receivers.

So are you thinking the Cats paid less for Duke Williams? I can't see it being by much if so.

I hope they didn't. He was released and paid medical for two years by the Bills before the Riders grabbed him. He still has the injury and massed a lot of games last season.

I am a real fan of Dunbar - sorry to see him go from Hamilton. I would be interested in knowing if he wanted to go or was this a result of the Cats being cheap? He was one of the top receivers in our game - not happy to lose him!
