This have been floating out there: The Edmonton Eskimos are close to signing a current or former NFL linebacker of the Baltimore Ravens. There are few details at this time. Floating news out there could be LB Donovan Richard, but he was recently with Jacksonville. We'll see in time.

Richard finished his collegiate career as a three-year starter and South Carolina State’s all-time leading career tackler. He earned First-Team All Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference honours as a senior, leading the team with 119 tackles. Earlier this year, Richard signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent, but was released twice.

According to Dave Naylor, Tyler asked to be released. To try and land in the NFL. Tyler became a free agent Feb 15th 2013.
