And after all this TSN decides to drop online coverage as the third pick comes up and force me to TSN.Go which I do not have available so now can not watch at all. Why did they even bother to advertise that it was available on TSN.ca if they were not going to show it. If this was a planned forcing then very bad decision and pisses me off. We complain about Rogers all the time but here goes Bell/ TSN frustrating their core. BAD BAD BAD :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn:

They clearly said that they would only televise the first two rounds of the draft. The rest fans would have to follow on the web site. They obviously don’t think the viewership will exist beyond the second round and I agree with them.

The draft is still televised right now. The first round just finished. Just turn on the TV, it's on TSN2.

I know. I thought the OP was referring to the later rounds not being televised.

I certainly agree with them only televising the first 2 rounds. It's not the most compelling TV and it's a bit slow going with mostly talking to fill in the gaps. I wouldn't stay tuned in longer than 2 rounds.

I think the Riders knew our interest and jumped on him knowing he wouldn’t make it to their next pick, probably in spite of more pressing needs on their roster. Getzlaf has been around for 9 years, Bagg for 8, both are likely in the latter stages of their careers, Demski should be a good fit to fill one of those spots.

No what they clearly said and still do on their site even now was they would have the first two rounds on TSN and all rounds on TSn.ca and TSN Go. I get that logic and was ok with it as I was planning to watch it all on TSN.ca. Which is why I am pissed that in the middle of the third pick in the first round it all of sudden stops on TSN.ca and says must sign in via TSN Go.
Not mad at you when correcting your post but I am not wrong.
I can’t even e-mail them without creating an account which is again typical these days. I just tweeted Naylor, will be
interesting to see if he replies. Might call him on air tomorrow as well if he does not.

It’s on TSN.ca right now, but yes, you have to be a subscriber on one of their cable partner and have to sign up. I suppose I must have signed up at some point, as it was the only way to watch game replays starting last year.

IMO the Stamps drafted the best.
Definitely seems to be a deep draft with a lot more potential impact players than most years.

Apologies for the rant. Good thing I wasn't drinking :roll:
All in all I think we did ok. I wanted both Varga and Durant so happy with that and Campbell was a nice surprise that late.
