Dispersal draft tough on rookies?

With the Rens folding and teams grabbing what they need for their rosters, will this mean a season with little chance for the rookies to break in and make a contribution?

I think it will be about the same because of the extra players teams are allowed on their rosters now. Then you have a lot of red shirt players who won't be available this year anyway.
Hamilton did the best drafting overall IMO with Edmonton a close second and Saskatchwan the worst except for Fantuz.
But times have changed, with the calibre of Canadian kids coming out of College now, teams can still get good players in the later rounds. It used to be only the first round or two were good enough to make the jump to pro.
