You could land the plane in the parking lot beside BMO five minutes before kick-off and still get seats on the 55 yd line .
But… but won’t the parking lot beside BMO be overflowing with cars and tailgaters? (Oh, my bad. It was something else that was overflowing. Does anyone know where the BMO plunger is?)
No , by the time the plane lands all 12 of the tailgaters will be already in the stadium and I’m pretty sure that the plane won’t hit the three cars they came in .
Thanks to carpooling that near record BMO crowd missed certain death. But not certain ridicule.
Well I’m pretty sure that with the signing of Harris their crowds will increase to at least 25 - 30 more fans .
That would be an uprecedented turnout. They’ll have to bring in extra security. The attack Dachshund they’re using now would be completely overwhelmed.
Actually the Anchors signed the Dachshund’s cousin Spike in FA to beef up security .
Good on Toronto, and nice words by Clemons, very accurate. As a Lions fan I say to Winnipeg on behalf of all Lions fans, I know how you feel. We hated losing him as well. Unfortunately there aren’t more Andrew Harris’ abound, for everyone.
We’d clone him if we could but we’d never be able to replicate his heart.
Personally I think most are over stating what a great teammate Harris was. Bit of a punk.
As far as I know his teammates would all go to war for him. Did you know Andrew Harris personally?
He has a strong forceful personality which can be a pain. But you’ll be glad he’s there in a tight game where the QB really needs help.
I’m hoping that Johnny Augustine and Brady Oliveira picked up some ‘Andrew Harris skills’ while they played here together. Collaros will happy if they did.
I'm a little worried we lost our "emotion".
He had a nack for pumping the team & fans up.
Oh they absolutely have, and one of them may even go on to breaking what ever records Harris winds up setting. And of course maybe even ultimately with another team.
I hear that! And you lost a little of that, while Toronto is gaining that. But the Bombers are still in great shape.
If they do really well for us they’ll deserve a really good raise. A win for us and later on down the road a win for them. Who knows where they’ll end up. I’m sure they’ll make us proud.
I like Harris, but he has lot of mileage on him
It’s all highway miles.
