The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Edmonton Eskimos have swung a deal.
The Tiger-Cats acquired defensive back Jason Nedd from the Eskimos for linebacker Agustin Barrenechea and the Ticats fourth round pick in the 2008 CFL Canadian Draft. Both players are non-imports.
Nedd played in four games for the Eskimos this season.
Barrenechea has played in all 10 of Edmonton's games. He recorded nine defensive tackles, seven special teams tackles and one interception this season.
The Eskimos also announced the signings of WR Ryan Hoag, OL Trey Darilek and DB Joey Thomas to their practice roster. All three players are imports.
