Perhaps you could start to consider some changes at the top for this coming post=season. Joe Womack might be a good place to start as GM so he can find some player talent. I know I'm dreaming, but one Kent Austin would make a pretty good HC for starters. Or for 2nd choice someone like Dave Dickenson or Chris Jones from Calgary. Would anybody else care to drop a few names?
Richard Wade, in some form of player personnel like director of player personnel or at the very least head of scouting, mmmmmaybe GM. I'm not sure about that.
