From time to time there have been NFL game or game day threads in the regular season with mixed success. Usually they work better for the evening games. I’ll try it out and see if there is any interest for the game starting in about a half hour.

Lots of close games today although I could not watch much and a couple of pretty big upsets. Cleveland had little difficulty with Cincinnati 24-3 and the LA Rams without Cooper Kupp handed it to Seattle 30-13.

Tonight’s game is expected to be close. Let’s hope it is a good one. Go Cowboys!

I dont want to find myself cheering against teams I want to win.

I hold my nose and sorta kinda a little bit cheer for Giants tonight

Same here. I actually like it when they have two teams I dislike in a night game. It means I’ll get enough sleep tonight.

What happened to your Bears today? I saw about 5 minutes in the first half and it was still close. Green Bay should be one of the easier teams on their schedule

I’m watching. not a fan of either team but I am a fan of sunday night NFL action. been watching football since I woke up lol.

In the first half I was like, “wow, they actually look good!”
Then they just turned to mush. Good thing I was called to dinner in the third quarter.

But saved by a bad snap on 3rd down followed by a blocked field goal for a TD and just like that the good guys are up a TD.

Channeling Maher on the PAT for the new Dallas kicker though.

Awesome play by Dallas’ special teams there to take advantage of a serious brain fart by the Giants after their solid rushing offense went at it!

But wow, apparently Dallas has still not found a kicker.

Oh well, the finish on that first drive and that finish by the Cowboys seems indicative of the play of a lot of teams on their first real day at work this season.
