TORONTO — CFL.ca is tracking every team’s roster moves as clubs are required to reduce their numbers throughout training camp.
This round of cuts is hard on some players but the next round of cuts is worse. The ones who escaped the first round are encouraged that maybe they might get a position only to find out they didn’t. For those I really feel sorry for. Yes this is profession sports and this happens but still hurts those cut .

It was good Shea Patterson got cut early so he can catch on to another squad still early in preseason. Just down the road in Edm would be a good fit as 3rd stringer and work his way up if Ford falters or when Fajardo retires.
