Obviously the coach needs to be dumped. I'm sure there's someone out there who could do better. Otherwise, keep the team together for the rest of the season and see what they can do with a tiny bit of job security.
I work cheap, Take the savings and get me Coach Sal for the line, Danny Mac as QB mentor and my crutch when Working needs to be told to open it up. We may not be better but we sure as heck will be more entertaining
