I have the greatest respect for all management figures involved with this team including Ron Lancaster, but the fact is that for four years now all this team has learned to do is lose. This is there mindset it is just a manner of how it will happen on any given night. I believe that no matter what attitude they come to the park with once the first mistake happens it all goes down hill. A total change is needed from top to bottom, but these must be people who have experienced winning and can totally change the culture of the football team. At this point I would not even care if it was an American college coach as long as he has the experience of winning, winning and winning again. He can learn the game, its the mindset we need.
