Crunch Time

Okay boys, the Gades and Lions did their part by knocking off the Stamps and Riders and after tomorrows tilt with the Argos its crunch time. What do we have coming up, 5 games against the Stamps, Gades and Ticats. This is the season on the line, make or break. I think we will be right back into the thick of the playoff hunt come the Labour Day tilt with the Riders. Go Bombers, lets get started by kicking some Argo butt.

we'll take it one game at a time.....and with every game an improvement....who knows where we could find ourselves..... the west is sure shaping up to be the' dog fight 'everyone thought it might be....iI'd sure like to see the Bombers passing game come alive against TO.....the only real missing piece to the puzzle' of a team in the midst of a 'turnaround'...

Just to recap: Toronto tomorrow, then:

Sask

IMO, we need to go 7 - 2 or 6 - 3 in this stretch to make a run at a playoff spot, which isnt too unrealistic if we stay healthy and play desparate.

We've got to win the labour day classic against the riders. It'll be a BIG confidence booster since its against a rival and on their home turf.

yeah the labor day classic game, and the banjo bowl here in winnipeg will be big games. well for the last two years we beat sask in there place and had their fans out of the stadium by half time. Lets make it 3 in a row Go Bombers!!!

Don't worry guys, we'll get something going in this Toronto game. Going to be a good test for Glenn to keep the offense going against Toronto's defense. I dunno if Roberts will be able to manage much though, at least we have him to maybe keep the TO defense on alert for rushing and keep pressure up on the pocket hopefully opening up some receivers down field for Glenn to work with. Even if we lose though it isn't panic time yet.
