OK Tire Labour Day Weekend was everything we could have asked for and more.

With an exciting week of football behind us, we now turn the page to the stretch run of the season as teams start to fight for position in their respective divisions with playoffs just two months away.

  • Calgary need a QB change for sure. JM has all the chances to improve into a leading QB. But he is not consistent for last 2 years. Keeping him behind 2nd or 3rd for a year may get him grow?

  • Riders needs to eliminate mistakes. They are one of the champion team this year with consistent performance except one game against Elks. But needs to win.
    Few things riders need.

  1. RB game need to find ways for: 2 point conversion, 3rd and short, + move the ball when needed.
  2. During half time they need to get the analysis correct to overcome opposition teams plans.
  3. Special teams. Special teams need to perform when needed. But for riders, ST failed in many occasion.
  4. Do not sleep. sleeping on 2nd quarter last game cost them.

  • Toronto will pull this game and that may cost the season for HAM. Bo is still have couple of years to go, I suppose. HAM should beef up the defense to set a hurdle for Toronto.

  • BC Vs MTL looks like a Grey-cup rehearsal happens away from home? Too early… but going to be a good game.
