C'est une question très sérieuse, et il y a fort à parier que des changements importants seront imposés aux règlements afin de limiter les risques de commotion. La question crée déjà des réticences chez des parents à laisser leur enfant pratiquer le hockey ou le football. Cela va donc aller en s'accentuant.

Les ligues sportives, quelles qu'elles soient, n'auront pas d'autre choix à long terme que de prendre cette question très au sérieux et adapter la façon dont ces sports se pratiquent. Il faudra limiter au minimum les risques de chocs à la tête et augmenter la protection des athlètes.
