Agreed … but they choose not to and believe me they have a far better idea what, if any, impact it has on their business … especially London Drugs with their 0 stores in the province.

You don’t have to be much of an expert to see Quebec law has intimidated companies into skipping the paperwork needed to hold their contests in Quebec. That’s pretty evident even to a layman like me.

How about because it is a “CFL” contest? AS far as I know, Québec is in Canada and the Alouettes play in the CFL.
If the Alouettes started a CFL contest only open to Québec, there would be a shit storm 10 000 times what this one is.

Amazon did it because it is worth their while financially to do so … London Drugs won’t because it isn’t … very simple.
