Coaching Predictions

ah jeez richard, tiresome… maybe expand, at least contribute, beyond Montreal. It’s not a contest.

It's official - Als promote Marcus Brady to OC.

It didn't take long for the Montreal Alouettes to find a replacement for former offensive coordinator Scott Milanovich.

The CFL club promoted receivers Marcus Brady to the position Sunday, just three days after Milanovich was named head coach of the Toronto Argonauts.

Brady has served as the Alouettes' receivers coach for the last three seasons.

He helped guide Jamel Richardson to a league-leading 1,777 receiving yards this past season. Richardson also set a CFL record with 12 games with 100 or more receiving yards.

Fellow receiver S.J. Green also flourished under Brady's guidance this past year, surpassing the 1,000-yard mark in a season for the first time in his pro career.

From CFL.ca:

New Head Coach Scott Milanovich is already hard at work charting the course for the 2012 season as the Toronto Argonauts Football Club today introduced two new members to its coaching staff. Chris Jones has been named the club’s new Assistant Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator/Assistant General Manager and Jonathan Himebauch has been appointed Offensive Coordinator.

Early report out of BC is that Benevides is the next Lions coach.
good call geroy.

Seems to me Benevides has been tagged as Buono's successor for the past couple of seasons. It would be a shock if he doesn't get the job.

TSN is reporting that Jacques Chapdelaine has been offered the head coaching position at Bishops University.

Riders hire Corey Chamblin.

Didn't see that one coming.

I'm more surprised you didn't see it coming. It was no secret that Chamblin was Taman's choice last season but Miller hired Marshall instead.

I saw this coming, but really REALLY hoped I was wrong!
