ruff is correct. We need TO to beat Winterpeg and then both those teams to lose their remaining games at best. We would then have to win 3 of the last 4 games. Do the math. If we win all 4, then both Winnypeg and TO can win one more, well TO, two more. Do the math, it works

Is it just me or it doesnt matter how many games toronto loses or wins as long as cats do better then winnipeg.

No can do, and will even have a hard time booing Saskatchewan, but Montreal and Winnipeg are easy to hate and hope for the worst. (without cheering for the argos.)
