Charlie..it's 2007!

if charlie thinks that running the crap out of players all week is going to somehow make the troops fall in line and make them perform, well then he is going to have a short stay in the hammer....this may have worked in the fifties, sixties, even the eighties, but the new breed of player won't accept this B.S...he will underachieve in order to get out and find a place to his liking...you are in a death spiral charlie and the only way out is WITH the players...you have to have them on board before you bring down the hammer, or the hammer is going to be brought down on you.

Yeah, they are working too hard. That's the issue. I have faith in Charlie. Our mistakes have been execution and work and discipline is what can fix that.

why don't you go and watch a practise genius and then reply....charlie is quickly losing this team and if you had any clue you would understand the comment...the players aren't adverse to hard work if it is accomplishing a goal in their eyes...this equals confidence in the staff.

If you are correct that Charlie is "losing the team", any idea why guys that play for the Cats recently seem willing to throw the coaches and any system they try to put in, under the bus? Few if any of the players in the past few years demonstrated any personal integrity and heart. It certainly is easier to find ways to lose than to find ways to win. Must be the coaches fault. Hopefully we don't get a repeat of the inmates running the asylum.

Any player who does not give his 100% and even flirts with questioning the bosses needs to be given a one-way ticket of this town. Period.

After only two games?

Riiiiiiight.
