Hey I was just wondering what the CFL's current television contracts with TSN and CBC are like. I was just wondering, because it looks like CFL ratings are booming right now, outdrawing many other sports like baseball. The league could be in line for a big money contract when the deal is up for renewal. That could be very good for the health of all the teams.
Yeah. But that made wonder now that because there are US broadcasts now, only that they are via CBC or TSN. Not direct from the CFL. So how much of a percentage goes to the league and how much goes to the broadcaster.
I think the american broadcasts are free.
As in the US stations don't pay a cent over the cost of recieving the broadcast.
It's an investment in hoping it catches on down south
