So who has used these? Any comments?

Love the idea. ranks up there with other leagues as an offering, so credit to the CFL!

Questions though:

Do you download a game? meaning do you get to save it an watch it later? Or is it a broadcast, watch and it is gone.

It is both. Games are broadcast live and then archived. So you may watch it as it happens or if you are unable to...you can call up previous games at a later date.
