I think so. Haven't seen an Eskimos one (that really surprises me)
BC has one!
As does Winnipeg and Montreal. But only BC has it for iPad

I've seen SSK, EDM, BC, and MTL so far. Need to get the rest of the teams their apps.
The Eskimos had one for about two years (I think they were the first CFL team to have one, it came out before the Oilers even had an app), but they shut it down this year and instead told fans to use their upgraded mobile site.

This would be the second season for the BC app if I am not mistaken, but it could well be the 3rd… memory is a little foggy.
