No team should expect to win the Grey Cup with only one battle tested QB. I would have hoped that the Riders would have learned from last year but evidently not.

Especially when they let a tried and battle tested warrior go for nothing and he ends up leading a less talented pre-season team to the Cup

Has anybody heard the status on Collaros? I’m guessing cracked sternum.

There’s absolutely no logic in the roughriders of saskatchewan not giving qb Mason Fine a phone call to get him back to Saskatchewan with the roughriders. Mason knows the organizational system being there three years and it was a toss up between Mason and patterson for the number two spot at qb behind harris Sask 2024 training camp. When Shea Patterson fails miserably at the Roughriders offensive team controls or gets hurt _or trevor harris sustains another injury) then the riders are in more big trouble. The Roughriders gm should know better. Mason Fine knows Saskatchewan Football, bring him back. Two unknown rookies are not going to get you a CFL Championship, the riders qb room is pathetic right now, fix it.

You might see him again. The Riders, even after the bye week they lead the league in sacks allowed.

The CFL has got in bed with gambling sites. The injury report helps if you partake in these sites. Winnipeg never report anything. Point in fact look at this weeks report. Almost every injured person is “Questionable”. If the CFL want gaming revenues then they should get Winnipeg to report the way the other 8 teams are. Winnipeg are laughing at the rest of the league

Injury reports were the same before gambling was allowed.

Unfortunately injury reporting is a double edged sword in that teams target injuries to get very skilled players out of the game.

All that happens is when you report like Winnipeg - less people are likely to wager because whether or not the guy practices they said they were questionable.
