Eastern Time from Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton

I would like the 2 Handles to PM me their final scores. The Handle closest to the actual Final Score of the Grey Cup Game will win the 2023 GCC.

If one of you pick a different team to win the game, then there is no need to pick a Final Score. If I am wrong on this procedure from previous Grey Cups - Jon, I do insist you correct me if I am wrong.

No you aren’t wrong. Even though @Maaax will likely pick Montreal to win I will PM my score in favour of the Bombers to you shortly.

We instituted the rule last year going forward so that the second person to pick won’t benefit from the first person’s score and pick a score one higher or lower, which would go against the spirit of the pool.

I’ll go with the :bombers: Bombers to win. Jon will have to do the same or he’ll burst into flames. It happens every time he staggers out of his coffin in the middle of the day and it’s not pretty to watch.

Anyway I’ll email you my final score prediction a wee bit later. I wanna find out who’s limping around this week.

Well I picked AN upset in the Finals… Too bad it was in the wrong friggen Division :laughing:.
Congrats @Jon and @Maaax on moving on. May the best man (or :beaver:) win next weekend :trophy:.

Just for fun.

I had a hunch Montreal would pull off the impossible last week but didn’t put my name on it anywhere so I can’t take any credit for it.

Winnipeg has not dominated the last 2 GC games like they did 2019, in reality they probably should have lost 2021 and 2022.

Montreal’s D gets after Collaros and pulls off the impossible again with a late INT of Zach.
