CFL - GCC 2021 Week 14

Correct, some teams may be given some backups a little more Play time, if they have their spot locked in.

BC (4-7) at Hamilton (6-5)
Saskatchewan (7-4) at Edmonton (2-8)
Toronto (7-4) at Ottawa (2-10)
Montreal (6-5) at *Winnipeg (10 - 1)

Going with a theme of "what do they have left to play for"

Hamilton: Gunning for the first round bye against a BC team that needs a miracle to make the playoffs.

Saskatchewan: They still have something to play for... a home playoff game

Toronto: Still trying to push away from the other Eastern playoff teams for the bye. Ottawa is eliminated already

Montréal: As a Winnipeg fan, I hope they put in a bunch of backups this week having already locked the West. Montréal still has hope for a playoff bye of their own and still has a lot to play for.

My refusal to pick Hamilton or pick against Toronto even when it's obvious is really costing me this year. Hoping we're close enough to the post season for Choking Tiger-cat Syndrome to kick in. I need this sweep.

I did the same .

Winnipeg playing for nothing and the Als playing for something and a new QB in tow is the one I should have gambled on as a potential upset .

It's not too late to change your pick if you really want to gamble.

Haha that's actually appropriate with Winnipeg's Defence at home after a bye week that's stopping me from taking the Als .

Next week they might put in the B team in Montreal .

Thanks Dave . It will be interesting who they start resting and who they want to see in game action . Playing at home and three games to go they might not take the foot off the pedal just yet .

Winnipeg with a full homefield crowd, will definitely be an edge.

Hamilton (BC is not the same without a healthy Whitehead)

Saskatchewan (pick of the week)

Ottawa (classic upset, we all see it coming unfortunately)

Winnipeg (they might drop a game or two coasting through the end of the season, but not enough to lose at home)

Let's get a 4-0 week for once!
