CFL Fans in Toronto: This Thurs July 5th for Ticats vs Riders

Hello all,

After a killer season launch party a few weeks ago, we are looking forward to getting back at it this Thursday for the Ticats vs Riders game. We'll be continuing our mission of bringing together Toronto-based CFL fans of all stripes to catch CFL game broadcasts and celebrate our league.

Join us at about 8:30 PM on Thurs July 5th as the Hamilton Tiger Cats take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Come by at around 8:30 PM, in time for the 9 PM kick off.

For 2018 we've moved closer to the action at BMO Field, teaming up 3 Brewers Liberty Village (2 Liberty St) to provide a new home for CFL fans in Toronto to hang their hats. 3 Brewers Liberty Village brews all of its own beer on site, has plenty of TVs, great food, and a football-friendly atmosphere. And yes, the sound will be ON! We will have a few door prizes, Guess The Score, a 50/50 draw, and a new edition of CFL Trivia at the half. 50/50 proceeds go to CFL Fans Fight Cancer.

Tonight's the night!

A few updates:

We've prepared a new round of CFL Trivia at the Half! We will do this.... at half time.

  • We will be giving away 4 tickets to this Saturday's Argos game vs Eskimos! The winner of the CFL Trivia at the Half, wins the tickets.
  • The excellent folks at the Ticats fan podcast Podskee Wee Wee have pitched in one Podskee Wee Wee t-shirt, which we will also be giving away this evening. Probably for the winner of Guess The Score.
