CFL Fans in Toronto - Meetup on Sun Nov 12th for Riders vs Redblacks

Hello folks,

The 2017 CFL Playoffs are coming to Toronto - but who will be the challenger against the Argos for the East Division crown?

Join us at 1:00 PM on Sun Nov 12th at The Duke of York to find out, as the Riders take on the Redblacks in the Eastern Semi-Final! Stay afterwards for the Western Semi-Final as the Eskimos visit the Blue Bombers beginning at 4:30 PM.

We’ll have a new round of our legendary CFL Trivia at the half! And will also have raffle prizes and Guess The Score. Win prizes such as: a Doug Flutie bobblehead, an Argos cap and CFL buttons galore!

CFL Fans in Toronto brings together Toronto-based CFL fans of all stripes to catch CFL game broadcasts and celebrate our league. This will be our final event of the season. We have had a wonderful 2nd year doing this, and want to thank the Duke of York pub and all of our supporters. We’ll be back again next year!

The Duke of York is located at 29 Prince Arthur Ave., just steps away from St. George subway station.

Hope to see some of you there!

Thanks to all who joined us Sunday for the biggest-ever CFL Fans in Toronto meetup. 40 people, fans from 6 different teams, and one hell of a party to close off our second season! Thanks to Brewhaha (and especially bartender Nicole) for putting up with us. We will be back for more next season!

Sounds like a great time and kudos to those who organize these things. Lots of work. But did you know there are still 2 more weekends of CFL in 2017??

Just sayin'

True! But this Sunday all of the CFL fans in Toronto will be AT the game in Toronto. So no need to organize a party at the bar.

As for Grey Cup Sunday... we will be in Ottawa that day, at the game!

Ahh.... gotcha. Thanks for clarifying. Love the work you guys are doing for stuff like this. Some of my best ever CFL moments and memories are fan gatherings of various teams.
