Looks like the east division is back into the thick of things and are much more competitive than years past. Some well deserved wins over western teams so far and it’s it’s early. Nice change of dynamics for the 2018 season.
I unfortunately didn't tune in until the second half, but I'm thinking they have get Wilder more touches, especially after the off-season drama in getting him to stick around the team.
It sure can't hurt to get the off season drama situation/player engaged more and into the game to answer the fans many questions. It leads to more water cooler talk on Monday and reaches out to prospective fans.
Actually Dave I'm a big Wilder fan. He had a dreadful game. Or was it the offensive line and side line play calling. I'm a big huge fan of throwing the ball vertical short distances of 12 to 16 yards.
Hate those long sideline which could gain 5 yards. What could possible go wrong with those passes??
Wilder does need more touches, but Eric Rogers was absolutely fantastic. Remember Argos were only 9-9 last year. there will be ups and downs.
It was nice to see a split in the games for the East, especially for Hamilton

Well you're half right so far . Nice well deserved wins indeed by the RB's and Cats over the West BUT the other half of the East so far ? Montreal ? 56 - 10 !!! Toronto ? 41 - 7 !!! both destroyed in their home openers by Western opponents . :o OUCH !!! Competitive you say ?? .....I say FUGETABOUTIT !!!
