CFL discussion (non-Tiger-Cat)

I added that after the fact.

This team has enough inspiration. And even that doesn’t win you games.

We need to go play. Not talk.

This team has never lacked motivation or confidence. When they lose its , it’s flat out because the other team was better and/or made plays. If anything they look pretty tight.

I would have to say Lawler is a motivator too. Some of the catches he has made this year have been incredible. His stats aside, he has said in a couple interviews that he doesn’t care about his personal stats but would rather see the team win. That is motivation right there.

Here’s the 5th team list of potential free agents:

Some good defensive linemen there. Hicks, Hutchings and Wiley will get some interest I would think. Hutchings might get a shot in the NFL.

I see Kyle Saxelid on that list . He is a definite must have signing for us next year .

Looking forward to seeing the TiCats’ list, when the league puts it out, hopefully not before Nov. 17th.

How many of us on here remember how pathetic he was… lol

You mean on the rare occasions where he was actually dressed and not sitting in the tub ?

Right next to CVZ…

You know, I wonder if there was a little “Operations Cap” manipulation with CVZ in his last two years, as he seemed to be coaching along with his rehab. They probably didn’t have much (if anything) in the Ops cap budget for a coach, so a “player” on the 6-game for the entire season wouldn’t count against ANY cap…

From what I saw he was in Calgary’s tub all season… constantly injured
