TORONTO — The Canadian Football League and TSN are unlocking the vault to the season’s biggest plays and its most electrifying moments. The new CFL Creator Network program will provide five established content creators with access to CFL sidelines and events, as well as TSN’s broadcast footage from the current season, to craft innovative and independent original content for their social media platforms.
CFLeague is; repeatedly repetitive dull tedious tired insipid hum drum stale repetitious. C’mon CFL commish, get it in gear and get some new expansion teams into the mix. The CFL is in dire need of an injection of electric excitement.
It’s true what you state for more marketing excitement, but the CFL has been doing better marketing, including even via CFL+ and even with far more to do.
As you appear to also imply here, expansion is not like the Commissioner or even any one owner can simply flip a switch or push a button like in a video game.
We have already covered this point of expansion efforts, which are almost entirely separate than improvements in marketing efforts, many times over in the expansion threads over the years:
Maybe the CFL gets Imaginative and has a roving team (Globetrotters style) under their wing without nepotism whereby it uses every stadium in the league for a home game and if need be a playoff game in a determined stadium where a a team/s didn’t make the post season. The CFL could use this team to gage strong ownership interest with an eventual eye to setting up and selling such team as a 10th CFL expansion franchise under the right circumstances that checks off all the boxes to the CFL’s criteria.
