The CFL needs to devise improved creative marketing at the grass roots level in order to grasp the imagination of the youth in this great country of ours.

Four Canadian students will do just that over the next four weeks, as winners of the NFL’s Take a Player to School sweepstakes.
NFL Canada announced the lucky winners on Thursday morning.
On these visits, the NFLers will offer motivational tips, introduce fitness exercises and bring equipment as part of the NFL’s Play 60 initiative, which promotes 60 minutes of daily physical activity by young people.
As well, each sweepstakes winner will receive a $5,000 technology grant for his school.
Children across Canada entered the sweepstakes online.
“The NFL is pleased to partner with Samsung, our players and Canadian schools to address the issue of youth fitness -- a problem too big to tackle alone,? Dan Quinn, managing director of NFL Canada, said in a statement. “NFL Play 60 is a program with a proven track record of success. We are excited to integrate it into our annual Take a Player to School sweepstakes.?
