Look like a Nice Hall so far

http://www.ticats.ca/video/index/id/11291 Obie talks about the signings here

I am still waiting on a bonified Punt Returner!!!! :cowboy:

Like the one we traded PR for.

That was a bonified boner.

Who of guys He signed Today our Punt Returners
2 the Ran 40 in 4.3 Range.
Speed to Burn Baby
also HB Brian Calhoun also dose Punt Returns

As does Richie Rich, Jamall Fluellen, Marquay McDaniel (probably won't KR though), DeAndra Cobb (definitely will not KR), Jerome Dennis, and maybe more.

There have been a few headlines that I have wanted to see this off-season. I got to see one of them today, which was "CFL, CFLPA AGREE TO TERMS ON DEAL." Another that I wanted to see was "TICATS SIGN CHRIS WILLIAMS." It would be good to have that return specialist that we traded Rodriguez for.

But Obie mentioned in that video that two of those players could be used on returns. And Damon McDaniel could be that player. I do hope he's be better than his brother is on returns, but is as reliable as a receiver as Marquay. But if he can at least come close to being as good as Marquay as a receiver, he'll be a good one.

Obie has invited several guys to camp who can return kicks.

In Obie I trust.

Oskie Wee Wee

(thank God the Off Season is nearly over)

I wonder if Obie has anyone eyeballed for a kicker/ punter or is Obie planing on doing the kicking himself.

When you say kicker, I assume you know Sandros.
Cats drafted a punter in the CFL draft and Obie has said he will bring in some additional Canadian competition for that position.

Bonified? Are you from Alabama?

All the "bonified" returners already have jobs. Obie has the best eye for talent in the CFL and will find someone. I guess you never actually read all the articles that state Obie has signed at least 5 guys with return talent in the last 8 weeks or so.

Training camp fodder.

You can bring 75 guys to camp. They have 3 weeks and 2 games to prove themselves.

I think you mean bonafide.

I meant 'bonafide'...excuse my french! I did not see any mention of experience on "Kick returning" in the College years of
those 5 guys.
Ability and experience are two different things!
Now if he brought in Ian Smart , who is available, that's different.

:cowboy:

I meant the use of the word. Not the spelling.

The fact that you think your evaluation skills are more keen that Obie's is laughable. Maybe you should apply for his job.

I think what people forget is that Tristan Jackson, Larry Taylor, Dominque Dorsey, Ian Smart and Jovon Johnson were once these guy’s coming out of college. Also, McDaniel would’ve been a fine returner if we had any kind of a blocking scheme going.Blocking scheme’s first, KR’s later.

It's Latin, actually.

I would certainly do a better job than you my friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
