Musing about the Calvillo presser yesterday. AC seems like an open and honest guy to be sure. It was a very touching event. There is a certain "wise innocence" that he exudes which truly sets him apart.
He stated that he will not coach this year but will next year. He did state that no job has been offered but they have talked about the future. However he all but said he will be coaching in some capacity with the Als next year.
I find it a bit odd that he would say this so definitively now. It precludes what a new HC or new OC may want. Would some outside HC applicants be a bit guarded over this –that Calvillo has been promised something? Does it matter? Or is it just reality?

Il a dit qu'il voulait encore contribuer à l'équipe d'une façon ou d'une autre.
Donc, Calvillo n'a donc apparemment pas d'assurance formelle qu'un tel poste sera disponible pour lui chez les Alouettes en 2015, mais il veut manifestement continuer son aventure dans le football à Montréal, ville qu'il considère sa ville, sa maison.
