Just checked into it,apparently Joe is out there,somewhere,free as a bird....waiting for his phone to ring!! give em a call Mr.Austin at this point whatta ya got to lose,could be worth a shot.
Joe played really well for the Riders last year, he'd be a solid pick up for sure for the Ticats
