Which begs the question - why the need for 4-5 different uniforms?

The Canadiens wore different jerseys last year, but that was in commemoration of their 100 years of existence. How many different uniforms do the Als have? The familiar red jersey and silver pants, red pants and blue jerseys (rare), the black one...are there any others???

Frankly, I would like to see CFL teams maintain the same jerseys with minor modifications to keep up with the times. The fans can thus identify with their team and the team logo, colours...etc. symbolize football in their town. Obviously, I'm not a fan of such a variety of team colours - one is enough! I do, however, like the idea of the retro jerseys.
