C.O Prime

Hamilton's third round pick in the 2013 draft, Linebacker Carl-Olivier Prime, has been cut by the Indianapolis Colts.

I hope the team can land Prime he could develop into a real Canadian powerhouse. Time will tell.

I'm a real optimus when it comes to Prime. He is a very large linebacker or maybe rush end.

Pat Lynch(the old guy)

Needs to make the team based on his name alone. His name is just to badass.

I thought I heard at draft time, that the TiCats were considering switching him to FB? I may be confusing him with someone else ... will try to find the link that stated that intention.

Would love to see him in our lineup!

Aren't there new rules for the CFL draft for 2014 where a player has to declare his NFL interests to CFL teams before the draft so teams don't waste their time drafting Canadian CIS/NCAA players who have no interest in playing in the CFL?

You're memory is good, FenderGuy. I don't recall that there were any more details given, at the time, about why or what experience, outside of playing linebacker, Prime has that had the Cats picking him as a potential FB.

Every player and prospect in the CFL/CIS has interests in playing in the NFL. Same for coaches, managers, cheer leaders, etc.
