Two horrible coaching decisions - a 2-point attempt when it didn’t make any sense in the world (and it failed), and an on-side kickoff attempt that allowed Toronto to score immediately. Those decisions would get a HC fired in the NFL.
Unfortunately for the FANS of this team, the ownership group of HSG seems to not have a thing called a spine, and instead will count the numbers of extremely disappointed people in the seats as “success”.
Here’s a hint - winning teams are successful. You haven’t had a winning team in your entire tenure, Mr. young, so maybe if you honestly CARE about the people who pair their hard-earned money supporting YOU and your team, you might want to do the right thing and get rid of the cancer that YOU created.
It was too much to ask for this version o the Hamilton Tiger-Cats to play two competitive games in a row. The same mistakes - misconduct, time-count, illegal procedure penalties and the like; defensive breakdowns, an inept O-line (Kemp should never see a field again); the seemingly inability of defenders to hit a ball-carrier in the legs instead of the shoulders; suspect play-calling, lack of efort - the list goes on.
Kenny G at CB is notning other than a liability on this team. He has been all year, and yet he continues to start. The front office is seemingly incapable of finding a replacement.
And finally, this should be Powell’s last game for a while. He has shown us his capabilities, and they are very lacking. I haven’t seen much growth, so maybe it’s time to get a look at the other QBs on staff.
