Brandon Browner signs with the Saints.

METAIRIE, La. -- The New Orleans Saints signed former New England Patriots cornerback Brandon Browner to a three-year contract -- their first new free-agent addition in an offseason that has so far been dominated by subtractions.

Browner played as well with the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL.

Interesting enough because now the Saints have Browner at corner along with ex-Tiger-Cat Delvin Breaux either they will be an awesome pair at the corners or maybe Breaux may make his way back to the Cats and the CFL if all doesn't work out in New Orleans or the NFL. I hope it does I think Breaux deserves a good shot at the NFL as he was certainly the best at his position in the CFL but if he did return would love to see him back with the Cats.

GO CATS GO!!!

Judging by the quality of cornerbacks my Steelers had (Ike Taylor, William Gay), Breaux won't be back with the Cats anytime soon. If he doesn't make the Saints, there are lots of teams that could use him. Good luck Delvin.

Pat Lynch(the old guy)

I think we are all pulling for DB the DB. What an amazing sports and human interest story. I wish him good luck with the Saints. I will be watching him play whenever a Saints game is shown locally.

Eat'em Raw Delvin! :rockin: :rockin: :rockin:
