WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have agreed to terms on a one-year extension with All-Star guard Pat Neufeld, the team announced on Monday. Neufeld was scheduled to become a free agent in February.
One year’s good I guess. When are we going to see the return of multiple year contracts? It’s like our returning vets who “wanna play here for life” always have their bags packed and are ready to go at season’s end.
Neufeld has actually gotten better with age.
I remember Micah Johnson totally having his way and pushing him around in 2018 (heh, Micah had his way with everyone that year).
Since then, Neufeld has been a perennial all-star and held his own vs anybody.
