The fact is anyone of your coaching/management staff wouldl eave in a heart beat for career advancement and the opportunity to be the next Wally Buono etc. In fact a couple DID just that this off season in Winnipeg. But the fact is you are not saturated with so much quality coaches as Calgary has been. To think top talent will stunt their own careers just to be with “the great bombers” is fan fantasy

Yeah, but ridersfans have spend decades doing just that!, BTW you were 9-8-1last season , barely .500 and far from earth shattering. Yet riderfans now think they are elite. The difference between 9-8-1 last year and 6-12 the year before is Harris being healthy for 12 games last season vs only 5 the one before , That’s it!

Anyway, to get back on topic, both Bolduc and Jean are solid hires for Winnipeg. Bolduc ran a good ground game for us in Montreal. Jean seems to have been pushed out purely so Maciocia could hire his daughter into an entry-level role (ugh).
