Happy birthday Bob.
After reading that article I must say I wouldn't mind a go of doing that as well. Reminds me of the movie Killdozer.
Let's hope they use the same machine they used in Ottawa to knock down the South Side stands. The bill came in millions less than the city budgeted for.
Maybe Bob can drive this:
funny thing is they are talking about bulldozers and they are showing 2 pictures of him in an excavator
maybe after he takes down the stands he can take a run at the Tim Horton's and knock them down too and rebuild them with employees that actually know you need to stir coffee..
Doesn't matter. South Side Still Sucks!
As for the excavator Bob was operating, I'm thinking there's a business opportunity there to rent out time on one of these things. What a great way to relieve stress, playing in the second biggest sandbox I've ever seen.
I got a look mat Bob doing his thing in the excavator on CHCH TV last night.
I think Mrs. Young was very creative with her thinking with this birthday gift.
Bob you looked good in the cage and I hope you do some excavating fir IWS2.
Many happy returns!
What do you get the man that has everything LOL !
Happy Bday Bob and Thank you !
Happy Birthday, Mr. Young.
Here's wishing you all the best for you and your family. :rockin:
dawg, I wouldn't know the difference between an excavator or bulldozer to be honest. Just for the record.
That's ok Bob will tell you what it is
A Grey Cup !!!

You took the thought right out of my brain...With the proper supervision...rent out time to local people on this equipment as the old girl is torn down...they can maybe bid ..like an auction...after all it's something that you can tell your grandchildren ..that you helped take down Ivor Wynne ...and the money raised can go toward a stadium building fund...and the construction cost for IWS2...
and when it's all torn down... sell pieces of the benches...seats...section signs....chunks of railing and such as souvenirs of the old place....
my apologies if someone has already brought forward these ideas....
I would definitely be interested in this. Sounds like a great fund raiser!
