Hopefully they get to the bottom of it, but he best prepare for the possibly they can’t. I once had a chronic cough lasting nearly 2 years, and despite a ton of tests they never determined the cause. Thankfully things improved on their own, and my coughing eventually stopped just as mysteriously as it began.
Good thing too because Covid hit less than a year later… I would’ve been treated like a leper coughing and wheezing the way I was.
