What? They only guaranteed a playoff game.

I just noticed something… thanks to Hamilton’s overtime victory last night, BC is 4 points behind us with only three games left to play. And we own ALL of the tie breakers now.

With our very next win we’ll clinch first place in the West. :grinning: :+1:

Try to remember, Bombers are to old, slow & injured, Zach is washed up and Winnipeg is to stupid to bring in quality replacement players.
Just ask everyone on this site…who isn’t Winnipeg.

Yep. Hamilton did us a big favour last night, although BC does look broken. That loss by BC all but ensures a bye and hosting the West final, barring losing out. How many would have bet that the Bombers would gain the geography based first place spot offered by the league and be able to coast with 4 games left and rest players the last few games after an 0-4 start. Not I.

Well, Saskatchewan has four more games left and we have three. If we win only one and they win out, they’ll beat us by a point.

Nope, me neither. I gave up all hope of hosting a playoff game.
Quite the turn around!

Wow … such a hugely impressive win, and against a hot team. Zach is definitely The Man.
Great to see the Bombers back where they should be.

Certainly turned the season around when it looked dismal at best for them. the rest of the west teams that are contending are far and away not as good as the Bombers are right now. I said contenders because one team, the Stamps, are not even in the ball park of being in the same conversation.
